The commercial area around the historical fort of Jhansi will now be converted into a business zone. The special thing about this business zone will be that the shops will have the same look and feel. All shops will be made pink. Here customers and traders get all kinds of Facilities will be provided. The work of preparing this market will be done by Jhansi Development Authority and Smart City.
On behalf of JDA, a proposal has been made to the business organizations that the shops built around the fort should be given a new look. In the first phase, changes will be made in the shops from Minerva Square to Rani Mahal and City Church. Any shop here will be decorated with pink color without demolishing it. The glossine boards installed outside the shops will also be in the same color and footpaths and parking facilities will also be provided. Others In this phase, the shops inside the metropolis will be renovated on similar lines.
Work should be done on basic facilities first
JDA Vice President Alok Yadav said that due to uniformity in the shops, people coming from outside will be attracted and the local people will also get a different feeling. The work will be started as soon as this proposal is agreed to. On behalf of the traders, Sanjay Patwari placed the demand that first basic facilities should be provided in the market.
