There will also be an opportunity to join various welfare schemes. Women beat officers in the form of Shakti Didi will be at the center of this phase of the campaign. Along with them, local personnel from various departments including Health, Revenue, Women and Child Development will be present so that the eligible women deprived of the schemes can be benefited from the schemes on the spot.

As per the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on a fixed day every week, Shakti Didi (female beat officer) along with Asha, ANM, Rojgar Sevak, Lekhpal, Anganwadi worker etc. will communicate with the women in the village. While the women beat officers will inform the women about the arrangements made by the Chief Minister to ensure their safety, they will also make them aware about the helpline services like 112, 108, 1090, 181 which are useful in emergency situations. The same other departmental personnel will provide the benefits of the schemes to the women eligible for various schemes, but till now deprived of them.

Till now, training has been given in 68 districts of the state.
According to authorized sources, in connection with the new phase of Mission Shakti, 'Shakti Didi Project' has been started, for its smooth operation, training was conducted in the state from September 5 to September 21. Police officers/employees of seven Commissionerates and 68 districts have been trained by organizing one day training (training of trainers) programme. These trained officers/personnel will go to their respective commissionerates/districts and train women beat police officers (Shakti Didi) as master trainers. After which the formal campaign will be conducted from Navratri.

It is noteworthy that while visiting the Mahila Beat area, the Mahila Beat Officer is taking action to organize Chaupal, connect the women through WhatsApp, provide information about various helpline numbers, women's helpdesk and various government welfare schemes. While police deployed in plain clothes are taking action against those who indulge in eve-teasing in public places, the victims of sexual crimes are also being given counseling as per requirement.
