"Jhansi Update: New Injection Introduced at the Medical College, Could Be a Life-Saver During a Heart Attack."

Jhansi Update: The administration at the Medical College has expanded its list of purchased medicines, adding 18 more life-saving injections. These include crucial treatments for patients suffering from heart attacks, brain hemorrhages, and related conditions, especially during the colder months. Additionally, the college has sent a letter requesting 17 more essential medicines to the headquarters. With the increase in cases during winter, 25 Tenetifase injections have been procured, each priced at ?19,000.

The Medical College spends ?13 crore to procure over 450 types of medicines. Officials confirm that the recent additions of 18 life-saving medications will help in treating conditions such as heart attacks, brain hemorrhages, and clot-related ailments. The Tenetifase injection, which plays a key role in breaking blood clots and can save lives, has been included in the inventory. It was previously difficult for families to afford this injection due to its high cost, and they often faced delays in obtaining it from the market. This inclusion will ensure quick access to the injection, potentially saving critical time in emergency situations.

Other newly added medicines include the cancer and bone marrow treatment Tripper Topactam, the heart attack treatment Inoxa Parin, as well as Heparin, Meropenem, Digtoxia, and Inipanem antibiotics.
