Jhansi | The month-long National Science Festival was concluded at Bundelkhand University on the occasion of National Science Day. Vice Chancellor Prof. Mukesh Pandey garlanded the portrait of Sir CV Raman to mark the inauguration of the Science Exhibition on National Science Day, and remembered the scientific contributions made by him.

While addressing all the students, the Vice Chancellor made them aware of how we can fulfill the concept of developed India with indigenous technology.

Various types of competitions were also organized on the occasion of National Science Day. Students from primary to higher education level participated in National Science Day. The guests were welcomed by coordinator Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Srivastava and the program was conducted by Dr. Anupam Vyas. 

On the occasion of Science Day, the Vice Chancellor of Bundelkhand University honored Dr. Brijesh Dixit, teacher of Teacher Resource Laboratory, Digara, with the title of Vigyan Mitra in view of his dedication towards science. Deputy Education Director Secondary/Diet Principal Mukesh Raizada, Prof TK Sharma, Prof Mukesh Srivastava, Dr Vimal Kishore were present as special guests. On this occasion, Finance Officer Wasi Mohammad, Registrar Vinay Yadav, Dr. Anjali Srivastava, Dr. Nishtha Vyas, Dr. Surendra Verma, Dr. Rajeev Singh, Dr. Priyanka Tripathi, Dr. Naveen Dubey, Dr. Anirudh Rawat, Dr. Vikas Verma and many teachers and students were present. In the end, co-coordinator Dr. Brijesh Dixit expressed his gratitude to the guests.

National Science Day celebrated in Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi.

National Science Day was successfully organized in the Multipurpose Hall of Agricultural University. On this occasion, a total of 7 competitions (Extempore, Craft Making, On-spot Painting, Collage Making, Poster Making, Rangoli Creations, Quiz Competition, Lecture) were successfully organized. These include the University's College of Agriculture, College of Horticulture and Forestry, College of Fisheries and Natural Farming. University's Dr. SS Singh Director Vista Education, Dr. VP Singh Dean Veterinary and Culinary Science, Dr. BK Behera Dean Fisheries, Dr. Anil Kumar Director Education, Dr. SK Chaturvedi Director Research on the topic of indigenous technology for a developed India. They motivated the students by giving their explanations. On this occasion, the university officials visited the science exhibition. After that, everyone garlanded the portrait of scientist CV Raman Saheb and remembered his scientific contributions.

The students were felicitated by the honored guests by giving them certificates and medals.
