JDA's bulldozer demolishing colonies built without layout.
Jhansi Development Authority has prepared the horoscope of colonies being built illegally in various areas of the metropolis. On Saturday, JDA along with heavy police force and PAC bulldozed 3 colonies, while 14 illegal colonies have come on the radar of the department. Notices have also been given to them. During the demolition process, some people tried to protest, but their courage was defeated by the heavy force.
Colony developing without layout
There is no vacant land left inside the walls in the metropolis; while the population is increasing, the housing needs are also increasing. In view of this, colonizers have now started developing colonies in the areas near the metropolis. These colonizers, who show people the dream of cheap housing, do it without layout.
They are developing the colony only after approval, but now preparations have been made to take major action against them.
Boundary, internal road, sewerage construction demolished
Under the leadership of Vice President Alok Yadav Pandey, SDM Deepak, Town Planner Jitendra Saharwar, Assistant Engineer Shailendra Pandey, Junior Engineer Ghanshyam Tiwari, Vineet Sharma, Nimesh Gupta, Hansraj Bhati etc. along with heavy security force arrested Bharat Singh Yadav in Mary. The colony being built in acres was demolished. Most of the plots here have been sold and some houses were also being built, for which notices were given. An illegal colony was also being built near Para Medical by Shekhar Modi and Shiromani Yadav, which was demolished. During this period, JDA demolished the construction of boundary, internal road, sewerage etc. of the colony.
Don't get trapped in cheap land, you will face problems later.
Builders trap people by promising to provide land at cheap rates. They leave after selling the land, leaving behind a lot of problems for those building houses here. If you also want to buy some land, then first inquire from JDA whether the land is for residential use or not and whether the builder has approved its layout or not.
