District Magistrate Avinash Kumar  headed a meeting with security personnel, temple priests and religious preachers regarding the preparation of the upcoming Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha. He informed that the occasion will be celebrated in Jhansi from 14 January to 22 January, for this purpose the administration has pinned 28 temples of which 16 will be from Jhansi city region. 

These places will host special arrangements for broadcasting live telecast of processes in Ayodhya with the help of LED Screens.

He announced that all the Primary educational institutes, secondary schools and higher education institutions, government, non government, official, semi-official organisations will be publicly closed on 22 January.

Cleanliness drive till 22 January

He invited public participation in a cleanliness drive from 16 January to 22 January on all governmental and semi governmental premises, ghats and temples. He advised for proper lights and cleanliness should be maintained in all these places. 

Security Arrangements assessed 

Superintendent of Police, Rajesh S instructed all the police officials to remain vigilant. He informed the occupants that all the CCTV cameras in public and private areas are being monitored. Integrated security cameras are also kept in operation by ICCC. 

Sufficient police force is being deployed in the city for the successful completion of the occasion.
