More than 100 New flats to be developed under Housing Development Scheme

Mar 04, 2024
In Jhansi, as part of Housing Development Scheme Number Three, plans are underway to construct eight-storey towers for group housing, promising to offer more than 125 two and three BHK flats to prospective residents. The survey for this ambitious project is set to commence soon. Awas Vikas has spearheaded the development of Scheme Three, utilizing 44 acres of land adjacent to the Hanuman temple of Sakhi. Currently, 156 plots have already been allocated, and construction is underway for over a hundred additional houses, with allocations scheduled for June next year. The endeavor prioritizes providing essential amenities to the populace.

At present, developments span over 86 thousand square feet. Besides the ground floor, the blueprint envisions the construction of two and three BHK flats within the eight-storey buildings planned for the housing plot.

It's been disclosed that approximately four towers, each accommodating up to 32 flats, are slated for construction, ensuring the availability of more than 125 ready-to-occupy flats. Housing Development is gearing up to launch the survey phase imminently. Plan Number Three outlines the proposal for a ground floor and an eight-storey tower, covering an area of 86,111 square feet. Post-survey, the construction of two and three BHK flats will commence.

Samar Upadhyay, Superintending Engineer at Housing Development, has confirmed that flat bookings will open soon. This initiative is poised to be a significant boon for the residents of Jhansi, and an influx of applications is anticipated.
