In a move to facilitate smooth travel for residents during the Holi festival, the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) has announced the operation of special Holi buses. From March 22 to April 1, the UPSRTC will deploy 150 buses to accommodate the increased passenger flow.

Holi Special Service: The initiative aims to ensure that citizens can easily travel to their hometowns to celebrate the festival with their loved ones.

Fleet Enhancement: The current fleet of 140 buses will be maintained and an additional 10 buses will be introduced. More buses may be added based on demand.

Incentive Schemes: Drivers and operators are incentivized with Rs 3500 per day for covering 300 km. Other employees will also receive bonuses for their continuous service during this period.

Preparedness: The regional manager assures that all necessary preparations are underway, with buses being serviced to provide reliable transportation.

This thoughtful gesture by the UPSRTC is expected to bring cheer to the festival while ensuring safety and convenience for travelers.
